I'm Lizzy - Health, Mindset and Behaviour Change Coach! And a proud mum of two gorgeous girls. I have helped over 250 women (yes - 250!) on their healing journey. Women who now understand their own worth, treat themselves with the love, care and respect they deserve, and are self-motivated to care for their health and well-being.
As a Qualified Transformational Nutrition Coach, with a specialism in mental wellness and emotional eating, I've supported hundreds of women to overcome binge-eating and years of yo-yo dieting, to find complete food freedom.
What is food freedom? It's the ability to eat what feels good - without a list of rules or restrictions. It's the ability to choose foods that nurture your body, that you enjoy and leave you satisfied, without overthinking and spiraling into a panic.
But my work has always been about SO much more than the food...
It's about learning to put you and your needs first, so you can care for yourself and those around you in a way you never have before.
I've been where you are.
10 years ago, I was struggling. I'd overcome an eating disorder, but diet culture normalised the unhealthy, restrictive way my brain was still working. I didn't have any goals outside of being 'thinner'. I didn't have any motivation or drive. I didn't have hobbies.
I was fed up.
Until I realised something had to change.
I wanted to enjoy life right NOW. I didn't want to keep saying 'one day'.
👉One day I'll be skinny enough to wear that bikini and book the holiday.
👉One day I'll be less busy, so I'll read that book.
👉One day I'll properly make time for myself.
👉One day I'll put myself first.
I didn't want to spend my 40's, 50's and 60's 'starting again on Monday'. I didn't want to spend my 70's counting calories
And I didn't want to raise my girls to believe that being a woman should be so damn hard and utterly exhausting.
So I did the work. I went on a huge healing journey. I improved my health but ultimately changed my life.
And I've made it my mission to bring as many women as I can with me on this journey.
So that they can live a life that has so much more room for fun, growth and happiness.

Yes this is a rolling contract so you can cancel any time as long as you give at least 14 days notice before your next payment is due to go out. If it’s within 14 days of the next payment - the next payment will be taken.
Of course! 1:1 sessions are £150 an hour. Please get in touch with me at lizzy@luvhealthcoaching.com, you'll be asked to fill out a form before our call to make sure you get the most out of it and will leave with an action plan for moving forwards.
Yes, we will cover topics that will support you with emotional / binge eating and prioritising a healthy relationship with food. If you are seriously struggling and need further support, please reach out to find out more about my dedicated Food Freedom support programmes.
No, because I don’t believe this supports you long term in being autonomous and having the ability to make healthy choices. I teach you how to feel confident in your own food choices and in finding a way of moving that feels good for you.
